The Grifo R1 is intended to be an exact recreation of the original Grifo in looks while utilising a modern purpose built chassis and drive train. The perfect combination of gorgeous looks with fast reliable performance.

The Body
Each body is hand laid in a grp composite with a coloured gel coat. This can be polish finished or painted. It is formed from moulds taken from an original Grifo to ensure accuracy. It features matching trim and fittings where possible using the best reproduction parts. The windscreen and rear glass are purpose made to match the original and the doors feature stainless steel window surrounds and quarter lights.The body side vents, polished sills, bumpers and door handles are reproduced to match.

The Chassis
The purpose built chassis is fabricated from 4003 low chrome/low carbon sheet stainless steel which is incredibly strong and light weight in its finished form with excellent anti twist properties. To this is mounted a fully adjustable coil over independent suspension and power disc brake system. The chassis has a vehicle lifetime guarantee against corrosion

The Drivetrain
We offer a base 4 litre fuel injected V8 engine as standard or can go up to a 5 litre supercharged V8 as an option. The engine can be fitted with a six speed manual or automatic gearbox. The Wheels
We offer a selection of chrome wire or period style alloy wheels in a choice of widths and diameters to suit your preference.

The interiorEach interior is a faithful reproduction of the original but we can tailor any aspect of this and the finishes and leather specification to suit your personal preferences.
